What New York’s Governor, Andrew Cuomo, signed into law is ghoulish.
Deceptively labeled, The Health Reproduction Act, this gruesome abortion law reads, “Every individual who becomes pregnant has the fundamental right to choose to carry the pregnancy to term, to give birth to a child, or to have an abortion.”
The delusively written law also allows doctors to perform abortions up to mere minutes before a child is born and well after 24 weeks, the recognized point of viability outside the womb.
The legislation passed the state Senate 38-24 and the Assembly 92-47 on Tuesday, January 22—the day marking the 46th year of Roe v. Wade—and was quickly signed into law the same day by Cuomo, who was joined during the signing ceremony by Sarah Ragle Waddington, the attorney who had represented the woman known as “Roe” before the Supreme Court.
It should be noted that “Roe,” later came forward as Norma McCorvey. She confessed in her 1994 book, “I Am Roe,” that her case was a lie, outlining that she made up the claim that she had been raped at the advice of her feminist attorney to make her case more convincing.
McCorvey also never obtained an abortion, but placed her daughter for adoption and went on to become a vocal pro-life advocate, even going to court in an effort to overturn the ruling.
“My decisions were wrong and I am fighting with every breath to change what has occurred,” McCorvey, said in 2008. She died in 2017.
Cuomo actually praised Waddington during his speech, and also presented her with an award for “public service,” telling her, “God bless you,” as he kissed her on the cheek (the photo is particularly demonic, given these creeps are all smiling).
Before going further please allow me this: if you have had an abortion, Jesus is willing and able to forgive you.
One more fact: on the evening that he signed this death for the defenseless law, Governor Cuomo announced that the spire of Freedom Tower, the building erected where the Twin Towers once stood, would be lit up in pink to celebrate the occasion.
By the way, next to the Freedom Tower, two pools of water mark the spot of the 9/11 terrorist attack. Around each of them are inscribed in stone, the names of every person murdered that day. Adjacent the names of eleven women who were pregnant that day we read, “and her unborn child.”
Note to Cuomo and his sick celebration of abortion on demand: these are human lives you’ve given the pink light to kill.
No doubt the evil legislators in my state of California are upset about the passing of this law–upset because they didn’t do it first.
Beware, my friends. God does not take this lightly.
In Psalm 139:13, King David says to God, “For you fashioned my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother’s womb.”
I fear, at best, these people don’t view the unborn as human beings. At worst that they are using abortion clinics for organ harvesting and possible stem cell research with no regard to the sanctity of all life.
New York is now a Slave State
That Cuomo says “God bless you” to Waddington shows he doesn’t know God or is purposely mocking Him – and our God will not be mocked.
Brian. Thank God you see the evil . I am Catholic. And this sickens me. Thank you for speaking yourr mind. You are a good man.
How do we know that some if not many of these nine month abortions are actually being performed? How do we know that some are being reported as aborted when actually the baby’s are being born alive and saved for satanic sacrifices or raised to be sex slaves. These babies that are reported as aborted become “non existent” humans as there is no birth certificate, no record of them being born. Don’t tell me this can’t and don’t happen. How much would a “non-existent” baby be worth? And we all know when money is involved, especially thousands and millions of dollars, then, evil things can and do happen.
Did not know that about “Roe”. Good info.

We as Christians know that God does not bless wanton acts of cruelty and is not smiling with these people.
The RHA permits abortions when — according to a medical professional’s “reasonable and good faith professional judgment based on the facts of the patient’s case” — “the patient is within twenty-four weeks from the commencement of pregnancy, or there is an absence of fetal viability, or the abortion is necessary to protect the patient’s life or health.”
In other words, women may choose to have an abortion prior to 24 weeks; pregnancies typically range from 38 to 42 weeks. After 24 weeks, such decisions must be made with a determination that there is an “absence of fetal viability” or that the procedure is “necessary to protect the patient’s life or health.” That determination must be made by a “health care practitioner licensed, certified, or authorized” under state law, “acting within his or her lawful scope of practice.” Sounds a little different when you read exactly how the law is written.
