The Plot Behind Biden’s “Climate Emergency”

When the recipient of the 2022 Nobel Prize in physics, Dr. John Clauser, declares the left’s climate crisis, “pseudo-science,” a reasonable person should pause to consider his assertion. But there are no reasonable people in the Biden administration, particularly on the issue of climate. Instead, it is widely reported that the White House is considering exerting executive power to unilaterally declare a climate emergency.  Such a move is an obvious attempt to gain the youth vote—a group that has been aggressively indoctrinated on human-caused climate change since preschool.

However, talk of an atmospheric emergency provides a clue of what we could expect from a second Biden term.  His team is moving forward with a scheme originally concocted by the United Nations to punish American’s for enjoying the pursuit of happiness. In fact, it’s a plan Al Gore described back in 1993 as entailing a “wrenching transformation of society.”

The left calls this, climate justice.

First, a bit more on Dr. Clauser. He has become associated with Clintel, an organization boasting nearly 2,000 accomplished scientists and professionals; their website boldly boasts, “There is no climate emergency.”

Add to that, another group of qualified experts who have signed the Oregon Petition, which states,

There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s climate. Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environments of the Earth.

The Petition has over 31,000 signatories, including 9,029 with PhDs.

As for Biden’s faux emergency, as I reveal in Climate Cult: Exposing and Defeating Their War on Life, Liberty, and Property, in 1986, anti-America UN bureaucrats brought forth a cunning concept called, sustainable development. The goal of their scheme, as detailed in a treasured document known as Our Common Future, “…requires meeting the basic needs of all and extending to all the opportunity to fulfill their aspirations for a better life.”  The plan also includes revenge upon Americans whose lifestyles have been greatly lifted by way of industrialization and the use of fossil fuels. “Meeting essential needs requires not only a new era of economic growth for nations in which the majority are poor, but an assurance that those poor get their fair share….”  Drilling down further, the strategy states: “Sustainable global development requires that those who are more affluent adopt lifestyles within the planet’s ecological means—in their use of energy, for example.”

Climate justice contends American’s have lived at the top of the heap for far too long. Our lifestyle’s jugular is in their crosshairs: the energy grid and the untenable plan to achieve “net-zero.”

This is why Biden’s EPA has just demanded America’s remaining coal-fired power plants further reduce their carbon dioxide emissions by 90-percent, or shutter operations. Coal is inexpensive and delivers 16-precent of America’s electricity. Technology has greatly minimalized otherwise harmful emissions from these 200 remaining coal plants, but the new mandates would likely force them all to close. Meantime, Biden is renewing efforts to suspend offshore drilling and US oil exports as his team plows full speed ahead to power the US with a grid void of fossil fuels.

The left’s green agenda will not just kill great American jobs in the oil and gas industry but will make our envisioned grid as reliable as the Third World’s, complete with rolling brownouts and blackouts, outrageous peak demand pricing, and the need for extra blankets and thick flannel pajamas on cold nights. No more two cars in the driveway either, you’ll never be able to afford charging them.

However, if you are a wealthy and well-connected apparatchik, you will still live quite well.

This is the transformation Gore telegraphed years ago, and this is what the Biden administration hopes to have four more years to accomplish.
