Preparing for Spiritual Home Invasion

I’m writing this on a Monday. Two Saturday’s ago our dwelling place was invaded with absolute chaos.

It was a spiritual attack.

For quite a few years now my wife and have made our primary residence in a small apartment on her parents’ property. We’re here to take care of them as they run the last leg of their earthly journey. Thus far they’ve both made it to 96 years of age. We strive to make sure their home, and our quarters, are filled with the Spirit of the Lord. This has been a place of fellowship, Bible study, and prayer ever since we arrived here.

If that day of chaos two Saturdays ago was described in a brief, Bible-like, paragraph it might read like this:

Brian and his wife were away for the day while others cared for his wife’s elderly parents, affectionately know as Grandma and Grandpa. Suddenly a spirit of chaos was unleashed on the home.  It began when the family cat bit Grandpa’s hand in the middle of the night spreading blood everywhere. Eventually the next 24 hours were marked with blood, urine, and dog feces in the house. The water heater also exploded. 

We came back home to absolute chaos.

That’s when the Lord clearly gave me instructions to “anoint each doorpost on the property with oil,” to proclaim to the devil that their property was off limits to any spiritual power, principality, or dark force of the enemy. I was reminded that God also instructs us, Submit therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7).

I did all of those assignments with vigor.

One way to appropriate your faith for supernatural protection is to anoint your home with oil. Oil represents the power of the Holy Spirit and is a symbol of faith in God’s ability to cleanse and make holy. It is an act of consecrating your home to Him.

In Exodus 12, God gives Moses instructions for observing the Passover. The families of Israel were to choose a lamb or goat without blemish, and kill it at twilight.  They were to take some of the blood and put it on the sides and top of the doorposts of their house.  The sacrifice was to be cooked and eaten in their homes, and they were not to go outside until morning.

God told them: “On the same night I will pass through Egypt and strike down every firstborn…and I will bring judgment on all the gods of Egypt.  I am the LORD.”

“Now the blood will be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you; and the plague will not be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.” (Ex. 12:13).

The Passover lamb was prophetic of the sacrfice Jesus would make for the sins of all. The blood on the doorposts would be forever a sign of protection to be eventually completed with oil rather than blood. Indeed, Jewish people to this day place a mezuzah, containing the Ten Commandments, on their doorpost as a sign of their trust in the God of Creation.  My wife and I have one on the door to our apartment. Daily upon entering our domicile it reminds us of the eternal covenant relationship we have with the High Priest of our faith: Jesus the Messiah. The One who stated, “I am the way, truth, and life. No one comes to the Father but by Me.”

Little did I know what was to follow my anointing endeavor.  My dear mother-in-law suffered a  stroke Sunday night. A few days later she was in hospice care at home. She’s at the end of her journey and soon to see her Savior.

The Lord knew this stroke was to occur.  The Bible is clear, “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews 9:27).  All forces of evil needed to be on notice to stay off the property as something very significant was about to occur in the life of one of Jesus’ followers.

Upon praying and anointing, the home in which my wife’s mother will conclude this life became one of complete peace. All chaos has been chased away. The family is in unity. The Spirit of God is abundantly evident.

Friends, something very significant is taking place that is worth considering. The entire world is in various stages of of lock-down, mask requirements, and vaccine certificates. What’s being attempted by the devil is unprecedented. It’s much greater in scope than just containing a virus.

God’s calling upon His people to come out of this wicked world.  He’s giving specific instructions, as He did Israel, to come under His shelter of protection.  We are to place the Blood of Jesus over our doorposts.  This includes not only the doorpost of our heart, but our physical dwelling.

Draw near to God as never before.  Jesus said the Holy Spirit will remind us of His Word, lead us into all truth, and show us things to come.

Amen

Post Script: My mother-in-law died peacefully last night, surrounded by her husband, children, several grandchildren, and even two great-grandchildren. It turned out to be a precious night of fellowship and conversation that last hours after she passed.

I’m reminded of 1 Corinthians 15:55 –
“Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?”

I wholeheartedly agree with this commentary. I also believe that if you want the vaccine that’s your business.  Take it. Im fine with your choice, because it’s your choice.

It’s time for alarm bells. It’s time for me to play the part of Paul Revere: “The communist tyrants and dictators are coming! The communist tyrants and dictators are coming!” They’re coming first for unvaccinated Americans.

This is 1938. I’m a Jew. I now understand just a little of what it felt like to be a Jew in 1938. No, it’s not the Holocaust. Nothing can be compared to the Holocaust. Ever.

COVID Vaccine: the new passport

I’m sure many of you saw this coming weeks  ago. The COVID-19 vaccine is fast becoming the new passport.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, along with authoritarians in mostly Democrat-run states, and the trans-nationalist elites who run the much of the world, are now showing their hand regarding our ability to travel, both domestically and internationally.

Domestically, that means the U.S. Constitution’s ‘right to travel’ guarantee be damned.

A story from the Washington Post published Dec. 28 details how the CDC is telling airlines who can and cannot fly based on whether they’ve tested positive for the virus.

The paper notes: 

The CDC says in no uncertain terms not to travel while sick or after testing positive for the coronavirus. This year, the agency has added more than 400 people to a “Do Not Board” list for covid-19; those on the list will not be issued a boarding pass for any commercial flight in, to or from the United States.

In addition, the political leaders of Democrat stronghold states are also imposing restrictions regarding the virus, including imprisonment. As a result, the airline industry is already trending towards mandating that passengers have so-called “vaccine passports” before they’ll be allowed on board a flight.

That’s because, as the Post reported, more and more people are beginning to complain that the “honor system” — that is, relying on passengers to be honest about whether or not they’ve tested positive or have symptoms of COVID-19 — isn’t reliable.

But it’s also true that a large plurality of people who have contracted the disease have no idea they have it because they’re not symptomatic.

“Individuals can be pre-symptomatic or entirely asymptomatic,” Joshua Barocas, an epidemiologist at the Boston University School of Medicine, told the Post. “In both cases those individuals are still infectious, and the symptom screening tools are completely ineffective.”

Nonetheless, the CDC, according to the Post, has yet to confirm that anyone who was positive with the virus and flew on a play transmitted it to anyone else. 

So the solution? Mandated vaccines followed by proof of vaccination. 

As  CNN reported this week, “Now that coronavirus vaccines are starting to roll out in the US and abroad, many people may be dreaming of the day when they can travel, shop and go to the movies again. But in order to do those activities, you may eventually need something in addition to the vaccine: a vaccine passport application,”  

Public health officials are so desperate to vaccinate a majority of Americans, they are now calling “vaccine hesitancy” a public health threat. Informed consent no longer matters. Individuals are lumped into a collective category — a priority group – and told to vaccinate as a herd.  According to Dr. Paul Offit, who sits on the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), there must be “mass vaccination events” that would mobilize federal, state and local resources to round people up and get the job done.

“So it can’t be like getting a flu shot, where you walk into CVS when you can,” Offit said. “There has to be these mass vaccination events.”

Complete with silly I’m Vaccinated stickers to place on your shirt or blouse, I’m predicting.

The Dark Side of Social Distancing & the COVID Power Grab – The Podcast

My wife and a sister-like friend were briskly walking near our home on a broad sidewalk adjacent a shallow cliff, where below lays a popular state beach known for surfing.  She and her friend were walking side-by-side, but not too close. They were also not wearing the facemasks mandated by Nancy Pelosi’s nephew, California Governor Gavin Newsome.

“Put on a mask!” shouted a passerby.

“Walk in single file!” shouted another.

It’s amazing how so many people have quickly adapted to the new code of societal ethics and the herd behavior that causes the masses to fall in line.

It got me to thinking about the two medical doctors in Kern County, California—immunologists no less—who were interviewed by local media. After posting the interview on YouTube and drawing 6-million views, YouTube pulled the video.  Why? Because the facts which the doctors presented did not fit the left’s coveted herd mentality.

As I explain in detail in Episode 59 of my Hidden Headlines Podcast, what we’re witnessing is progressive politicians, bureaucrats and policymakers becoming drunk with power as they use a virus to control the masses and change the way we live. In America, they’ve been able to get away with trampling the right of assembly and squelching free speech. Even the right to provide for one’s own physical needs has been stripped. All in the name of a relatively new term that is now a part of the society’s fabric: social distancing.  A term that is ripe with liberal hypocrisy and stained with progressive power.

And then there’s this post I share from a resident of Lagos, Nigeria: one of the largest and most impoverished cities on the planet. The writer says mandatory social distancing would wreak havoc on Lagos.

Lagos is a city of 21-million people and perhaps the largest urban economy on the African continent. Its “informal sector” (as they call it) is crucial to the city’s survival. Street trading and open-air markets are such a fundamental part of the fabric of Lagos. Hawkers, roadside manicurists and hair stylists, waste pickers, food sellers, beers brewers, card dealers, servants,  hair stylists and homeless people who sweep bridges and curbs for a penny or two are among the key players that keep the city functioning. All of these people are dependent on the city’s 24-7 public activity for their livelihoods.

The cost of living in Lagos is also very high, which means that home ownership is the exception for Lagosians rather than the rule. The majority of renters live in extremely close quarters, in a kind of private proximity that mirrors the density of public life.  Traffic, whether pedestrian or vehicular, often looks like a heaving mass, its component parts indistinguishable from one another. In the same way, the front yard or verandah of the average Lagosian rental is invariably packed with people, possessions, shops and, depending on the time of day, multiple naked children being enthusiastically scrubbed clean in large basins.

“In my city, grimy currency notes go from hand to hand throughout the course of everyday life. People sweat on one another in transit. Communal toilets, kitchens and bathrooms are typical in low-income neighbourhoods, and can be shared by as many as 40 people in one building. In the poorest neighbourhoods, sanitation is non-existent because neither piped water nor sewage management systems are available.  In Lagos, about six million people live on incomes earned largely on a daily basis.  This represents millions of families who can only start buying or making meals when the primary breadwinner closes from work on any given day. For such people, the possibility of catching a previously unheard-of illness is a far less dangerous one than the knowledge that not having anything to eat is always a sunrise away.”

If the powers-that-be decided to quarantine and self-distance the people of Lagos the way some of our states, counties, and cities of America are handling the COVID virus, people would die of starvation and who knows what else?

China possesses an advanced biotechnology infrastructure as well as the requisite munitions production capabilities necessary to develop, produce and weaponize biological agents. Although China has consistently claimed that it has never researched or produced biological weapons, it is nonetheless believed likely that it retains a biological warfare capability begun before acceding to the BWC.

China is commonly considered to have an active biological warfare program, including dedicated research and development activities funded and supported by the Government for this purpose. There is essentially no open source data on the subject of Chinese BW activities, and many legitimate research programs use similar, if not identical equipment and facilities.
